This is a specially designed tool that allows you to check for spark on everything from modern automobiles to basic lawnmowers.
This tool simply works buy clamping on your vehicle and going in between the spark plug and the ignition system, in the opening on the this tool you can see where the spark will jump. As long as the spark is jumping you know the ignition system is working.
This will test from 0 through 40,000 volts.
You can adjust the tool buy turning the screw thread in closer or further apart this will allow you to determine the proper length of the spark.
