This is a certified engine lifting chain that is rated ate 1,500 lbs lifting capacity.
This is really the only safe way to lift an engine or anything heavy because standard chain is NOT rated for lifting it os rated for pulling and could fail at any time, this type of chain is specially welded and was designed for lifting overhead.
Features grade 8 chain that is 5/16" diameter and the overall length is 30" long.
Each end of the chain has a 1/4" think steel plate to attach to your engine with 3/8" diameter holes pre-drilled and the center lifting link if movable so you can select the best location so everything remains balanced during the lift.
